I don't know if that could have happened. Many countries sought to overthrow their colonizer for good reason. That being said, many good countries deemed racist were attacked by other white countries too, like rhodesia. The thing is even if you still had countries like rhodesia and a spattering of others, they would be like SA right now, slowly getting shittier and shittier. There are big forces trying to colonize the areas for themselves, like china, who are cooperating with the Jews to push their migration agenda.
