I agree with . It's complex. Many very bad things were done by terrible people (globalist, jews, and so on) under the banner of Colonialism. That said, every country that I'm aware of was technologically uplifted while they and their people were exploited. At the end of colonialism, all countries were better off than before.
Ultimately people make the culture of a country. Intellectual capacity is a huge element of culture. Regardless of the outcome, I doubt they could have escaped third world status without population replacement. Which is precisely why you see the inverse of this taking place in every white, western country today.
