Stop buying soda and soft drinks in general, ya HFCS-addicted fucks (coming from a beer alcoholic), also exercise, ya lazy fucks (my gut got significantly bigger over the winter -- a difficult spring, summer, and autumn of endless walking coming).

I can't remember the last time i bought a 6 pack of sodas.. every now and then I have one at a movie or with fast food but over all avoid it. If I do drink it I want tons of ice so I drink less.

I buy the 20-pack of Coca-Cola. It lasts me about four to six months. As you, I only drink one with pizza or extremely greasy food, which are both somewhat rare for me. Also, heavy ice as you said because it only tastes really good if close to frozen.

I'm not very good with having stuff laying around if I have it I will eat it so I don't store food at all, but if I have a bad food day I almost always get a soda I'm trying to go with root beer more <<< no clue if it's any better but over all as I've started lifting and running I don't eat nearly as unhealthy as I used too. 20 over 6 months I'm not mad at ya but switch to Dr pepper or root beer fuck coke
