I dunno of a percentage, but it's not rocket science, it happened before during each communist takeover. The true believers and useful idiots are entirely purged (antifas, faggots and their alphabet ilk, blue checkmark white leftists) and the dregs of society (niggers and beaners) are elevated to commissar ranks to ensure eternal loyalty to the system without which they are nothing. The percentage varies but the losers are always the same.
