There are many advantages, the most extreme right now is for restaurant owners, where women are given extreme assistance which is unavailable to men. Of course, the nunber of programs to benefit women is amazing.

I really doubt the courts would question intent. Also, applications would be remote, so I don't see how it would come up. Or course, I'm just a Chinese chef ;-)
