There are many advantages, the most extreme right now is for restaurant owners, where women are given extreme assistance which is unavailable to men. Of course, the nunber of programs to benefit women is amazing.

Identify as a black muslim woman if you're arguing with friends and family who are falling for liberal bullshit or if you go to toilets like twitter or reddit. It's actually quite fun throwing their own rhetoric back in their faces. Call them transphobic and racist every time they disagree with you.

However I wouldn't do it to apply for an SBA loan or anything like that. You can end up in prison for fraud. Which, of course, proves tranny garbage is all a fraud but hypocrisy is the government's strong suit.

If you legally changed your sexual designation first (I'm not advocating anything medical, just a legal change) how would it be fraud?

Because the law looks at intent. If you do nothing other than legally change your sex right before applying for a grant they'll say it's fraud and a jury is likely to convict.

Remember all this bullshit only works one way. They know it's fake. They're not going to let you get away with playing the system because the whole point of the system they created is to put you at a disadvantage. You can only play the system when arguing on twitter or dealing with some gender studies true believer.

I really doubt the courts would question intent. Also, applications would be remote, so I don't see how it would come up. Or course, I'm just a Chinese chef ;-)
