Band together and boycott. Give them neither your labor nor your consumption. Support your local community instead. Leave the big cities to them. They are death traps anyways. Without us they are not going to function at all. They'll all become Detroit, or Johannesburg. Get out of the cities and watch them crumble from a safe distance. The nation is going to impload, just like the Soviets did. It's only a matter of time, which may be a very long time, or may be very soon. I've been watching it collapse in slow motion for the last 1/2 century. It took 75 years for Russia to collapse. If a war starts, the cities are the first targets to go and the very last place you want to be. It takes time to build up a decent life in the rural fringe, and the sooner you start, the better. Get with like minded people because many hands make light work.
