You didn't answer the question. I said "What do you suggest a person physically do in this situation?"

Responding with "live up to the ideals that you spout" is an abstract, subjective statement. Detail what "live up to the ideals that you spout" would physically look like, in a concrete sense, if you want to be helpful.
