That is so degrading and patronizing. I get that businesses are (((legally required))) to do this sort of thing, but do whites/asians really need a dozen+ hours of training to understand it’s inappropriate to call your coworker a faggot, walk around with your dick hanging out, or slap the hot slut secretary on the ass?

Do Indians count as asians? If so, then yes they need to be taught social norms. You wouldn't believe some of the stories.
