A polite refusal going to be better than sperging out. "I'm not going to participate in this racist nonsense." Things like this are an opportunity, not a threat. Any good employer is going to ask why you left your previous company during an interview. The best imaginable answer is "I refused mandatory diversity training and was fired for it." You'll probably end up with more pay at a better company. Assuming they don't just cave and say "OK, you don't have to do it."
This is the best response. No sperging out is needed - that just makes you look irrational and gives leftists even more ammunition against those who don't subscribe to this horseshit.
