Fifteen modules of this horseshit. As if participating is going to make me see the light and drop all of my biases. Real life has made me see my biases are justified. Any one else here having to deal with this garbage?

I would say, just get along with it and keep a low profile

I mean, at what point do you "raise your hand" to reject their ideas? I need my job, but I could also get another one. I'm not gonna keep working for a company who assumes that all white people are racist by default.

What's your breaking point? When do you emerge from from your low profile? You shouldn't have to hide in the shadows...what kind of work environment is this? I cant imagine sticking around for a job working with people who assume you're inherently bad, and you're too weak to even object.

Then fucking do it yourself since you need your job but could just get another one, "just like that"

Of course your next employer is going to phone the previous one to learn exactly why you got fired in the first place, evidently, but you thought that out obviously... Or maybe, just maybe, you didn't really ponder that one entirely...

Flashnews: what you're describing above is the actual work environment for pretty much everybody these days

I don't know where you work at, but it sounds like you aren't exactly dealing with what most of us have to deal with on a daily basis
