I characterize it as second guessing every decision you make. Normally you make decisions based on biases you've accumulated over time. This is called experience. They can level the playing field if you are not allowed to use learned experiences to make decisions.
Niggers have no ability to think abstractly. Therefore, decisions we take for granted and make instantly can not be done by niggers.
Your company doesn't want you to actually implement bias training because it would grind them to a halt. Rather, they want plausible deniability when you do something the establishment doesn't like. They can now say, "we gave them unconcerned bias training"
