no not fish, my friend, his legs are covered with red scaly its terrible

I dont know if I can facepalm hard enough to crush my skull but I'm gonna try. Jesus christ.

First of all how do you know its cellulitis and not psoriasis. Psoriasis is scaly and antibiotics don't help. Good soap can help. Spirulina can help. Some oils can help.

If it is cellulitis GET HIM ANTIBIOTICS
