Fucking hell, you think the Carolinas and "less niggers pop"/ no cities go hand in hand? Holy hell man, you need to do the most rudimentary of research.
If you mean the Dakotas, then yes... I was born and raised in Wyoming, no "cities" (according to the limited viewpoint of most people, Casper is the most populous with ~60k people (whole county has 75k, most populated county too). Has a maybe benefit of no state income tax (you pay with property taxes mostly, but the energy extraction companies carry most the load), no clue if the public schools are still the same but 4 decades ago the entire state averaged at the 80% of national level. I think my schools were in the low 90% range against national results. Constitutional carry state (without looking, you might need to be a resident) too... Laramie is obviously fucked with UW, Jackson/Park County too with the trillionaires but lots of state to get lost in outside those 2 spots.
Montana, and Idaho are the top 2 states for least blacks (less than 1%), Maine and Vermont for most whites (both just over 94%).
N. and S. Dakota are both about 84% white, 2~3% black.
Wyoming and Vermont would seem the 2 top choices based on race and population, and while growing up I often heard outside reference towards Wyoming as a place that felt like XYZ other state did 20~30 years prior.
Should be obvious that I have a personal bias, but I also had an outstanding childhood and would probably be in Wyoming right now if it weren't for my wife and her perceived family obligations. As it stands, I'll most likely land in Montana, but that's mostly because my folks own property there that I'll probably inherit... might have to wait till my in-liws kick the bucket too though...
That Chobani dude is bringing in tons of refugees to work his plant in Idaho. Too bad the locals can’t burn it down and take him with it.
