What happens to you in the reality you left if you move to a new one?

If you no longer exist in it, what about the other people in that reality, does their's change too?

Not the guy you're asking but... You exist in other realities (timelines, really). Continuity of consciousness is an illusion, you're actually hundreds of people with the same genes living similar lives. Everything is recombined for the non-life realms.
