Because your answer was wrong. You're full of shit. That reply pointed out why you were wrong and you didn't address a single point.
"Narrow worldview" is also a huge tell...
I see you were a different comment, that didn't catch my attention in the reply list. I've deleted that comment. However, in answer to the your comment, you didn't read the text under the post. That's where New York is.
Shouldn't newspaper's in New York have been massive with hundreds of obituary pages?
So again, what does Florida have to do with New York? Why am I wrong? I gave the poster a possible answer as to why this particular event happened like it did, and he calls me a kike, and you don't even RTFA.
I'm assuming RTFA is read the fucking article. I did but you were responding to a comment so I would assume your reply would actually be in response to that comment. Silly me.
You deleted what comment and why? You've also failed to address any of the comments you've replied to. I guess everyone here has a "narrow worldview."
I deleted the comment because it wasn't directed at you. I didn't expect anyone else to join in.
What should I address? There are only two things here that I see:
The original question was why aren't the papers here (in New York, as per the text) full of obits?
That's hard to say. In the USA, papers typically only publish death notices if they're told about them. Some papers give you a certain amount of words free, some charge you for the insertion, some may not even publish stuff like that anymore. Small towns may do it as a service if the local authorities tell them about a death, but they need to be told. Italy? Do you know how their newspapers work? I suspect they report obits differently.
I suppose if you want to get right down to it, my comment about Italy having a lot of deaths due to age and smoking concerns was not a complete answer, but it did suggest reasons as to why Italy had a lot of reported deaths.
The second question, which came out of thin air, was in regards to Florida's overall population age as opposed to Italy's population age. That wasn't part of the original question as posed in the title, so I don't know, and don't have the desire to research this one.
At this point, I was called many names. So I replied in turn. Is the original poster even in the USA? The use of the term "America" suggests not. The grammar and terminology suggest English as a second language.
