got "This domain is banned" when trying to post an article from the Daily Fodder. Other than a "Do You Know Jesus? Have You Made Jesus Your Lord And Savior?" menu item at the top I don't know why this would be an off limits site to Poal?

Is there a place that explains why domains get banned? AOU is banning a lot of domains and I can't find an explanation.
