You presume humans learn from fortunate interference. They do not. Humans learn from pain, suffering, and misery if they learn at all. "God bail us out" does not lead to learning. Ramming the Communism car into the wall at 150mph is more educational to humans. Exhibit A is the former East Bloc. They're not going to let commies rig their elections any time in the next hundred years because they learned the hard way how that turns out.

This is the probably the most accurate take on life. You can usually tell just by speaking to someone if they had that hard lesson or not.
I'm just following what they and the bible says. Which is to pray. Imagine if you were god up in heaven and you wouldn't do anything for people or your followers because they didn't pray enough or had enough people do it. Pretty egotistical eh?
