Also, exercise cunts, I just recently got back into it. 50 (10 x 5) pushups in one day killed me. I will be starting again. I was up to 150 (25 x 2 + 20 x 5). I will get back there.

Expand your repertoire by engaging with online learning. Much of it involves video, with a good portion of self-study and even some interactive work.
