You would eventually have cities full of White people and then according to your rules you would have to turn them into detroit.
White men built America. I don't like the idea of giving away what our ancestors built. Especially giving it away to people who only know how to destroy.
Go look who runs the cities and then ask do we still have them or are they already lost.. we would have tons of small self sustaining cities spread out. I see your point but the current road we are going down is a dead end.
