You have examples of things that are illegal already. Nobody practices slavery in our country. Grow up and man up. If majority of people see blatant racism in the real world, they stop it. Representation has nothing to do with equal opportunity. No "system" is stopping them from getting on the fortune 500 boards. I'm female and there is also nothing stopping me from getting there either. Minorities like me are treated at an advantage compared to our white male counterparts. They literally bend over backwards to hire minorities in the tech field, I've dealt with it my whole professional life. I'm starting my own company this year and a black kid I hung out with in college is raking in something close to 3k a week doing 20 hours of work through his freelance coding. I literally haven't seen him take jobs for anything less than 50/hr. He's about to take two months off for the hell of it. There are zero things stopping either of us from living the American dream. Just pussies like you trying to baby us by backhandedly treating us with disrespect. Your quality of life is your own decision. Follow three simple rules if you want to get out of poverty: 1) Finish high school. 2) Get married before you have a kid. 3) Hold a job. I don't care what race/gender you are. You're a fucking retard if you can't follow those steps. Black communities hate families. They used to have actual family units at only ~20% of kids born out of wedlock in the 60's. Now they have kids at ~70% out of wedlock. When you follow all the government handouts and incentivising single moms, it's clear that caused them to deteriorate. Look at blacks the same as everyone else and expect them to make the same good decisions anyone should and they'll go back to half-decent communities. TLDR: Skin color/gender isn't an excuse for shitty decisions in life. Have some standards for the average human and expect EVERYONE to rise above that. Babying people caused them to act like children and destroys communities.
