There are two possible problems causing the fatigue syndrome with or after Lyme: The bacterium may still be there (in immune suppressed areas of the body), or the immune system keeps being disregulated after the it is gone (like in C19 long haulers).

Immune suppressed areas are areas where the cells of the immune system are not allowed because they would destroy all, eyeballs for example. Viruses and bacteria can survive a long time there and tickle the immune system.

Monolaurin supplements might do the trick. One of the less well known supplements.

Monolaurin is lauric acid from coconut oil which is anti viral, anti fungal, and anti bacterial in nature.

Good news is Monolaurin is pretty cheap compared to some supplements.
