I'm working on the boat; I'm just dialing it in with the job because they made the ticketing system orders of magnitude stupider than it was, and everytime I post an update it sets the ticket to "on hold, awaiting input", so then I go back in and set it back to active, generating emails for all of these and cluttering up the ticket with a bunch of nonsensical gorp. It's weird how much work it is pressure washing the deck: the machine is doing all the heavy lifting and it's still work! Hah. I also watched some of the latest 'white house' videos [and downvoted them, of course], to keep my rage level at the requisite high point...
