I'm not talking about a South Africa under apartheid situation where whites are in charge. I'm wondering if there's a parallel to the United States. The USA is white majority but nonwhites have special rights under the law that whites lack. Is there a democracy where whites are a minority but have equal rights?

I think that's a good call. Isn't that a former British colony though? I'm not totally discounting what you way; I'm just looking for a democracy created by nonwhites where whites have been given full privileges under the law. Like how the USA is founded by whites with a (((white))) ruling class, but nonwhites have at least equal treatment.

That's going to be the tricky part. Whites are almost always involved in that. It's not a natural governance system.
