I'm not talking about a South Africa under apartheid situation where whites are in charge. I'm wondering if there's a parallel to the United States. The USA is white majority but nonwhites have special rights under the law that whites lack. Is there a democracy where whites are a minority but have equal rights?

We could put all the people in a state or country of their own and let them do their own thing, but no, we can't do that. Because we need diversity and diversity is our strength and all that. So we have to force everybody together and try to force them to get along.
