The USA is white majority but nonwhites have special rights under the law that whites lack. Is there a democracy where whites are a minority but have equal rights?

Indeed. Cant dispute your main point Its more of a fun technicality . S.A. hosts millions of people coming to Mecca, so technically a huge tourist industry, despite being quite unfriendly to certain western ideas. I doubt there woild be any impoverished white people living there, but they wont be living a better life than the average citizen, which isnt good, despite being quite a safe country for tourists.
