I'm not talking about a South Africa under apartheid situation where whites are in charge. I'm wondering if there's a parallel to the United States. The USA is white majority but nonwhites have special rights under the law that whites lack. Is there a democracy where whites are a minority but have equal rights?

Generally white minorities are exterminated or forced to flee. Singapore is an exception but that's basically a single city.
