Thats bullshit because a big part of Apartheid was SHITTY EDUCATION which meant niggers had no chance to be civilized like the whites. If they gave them a serious education and de-radicalize them (the Zulus were a warrior culture) through schooling they wouldn't have as many problems.

They don't have the brain power to give them a serious education. I can't teach my dog to speak English and you can't teach someone with a 70 IQ to be civilized. They're always going to regress to his animal nature. They flourished under apartheid because white people controlled everything that mattered.
