Depends. Many Latin Americans who identify as white are mixed. Many who are actually white are so heavily steeped in non-white culture they're effectively not white and side with Latinos over non-Latinos. In Puerto Rico they're encouraged to identify as white on the Census. This is why Puerto Rico is officially considered 75% white and why the Census is not a reliable source for demographics. Race in Latin America is not perceived the same way as it generally is in the US, and it's even further from the way we see it.

I'm half Spanish. My generation is the first to be born in the US after leaving Spain. I would never ever fucking marry and have children with a white Latin American. But then I'm not entirely sure I'd ever marry and have children with a Spanish woman, but that's just cause all the ones I know are fucking marxist, feminist psychopaths.
It's a shame the Spanish were so hell bent on conversion. The Americas could be 100% European from the Arctic Circle to Tierra del Fuego. That's a hell of a lot more whites in this world.
