Curtis Stone - The Urban Farmer - is a great resource for info on super small scale intensive growing systems

Ah, thanks very much. I had planned to do some potatoes in bags. I thought to purchase a bag of organic potatoes and let them sprout and use those rather than buying seed potatoes.
