Yeah, I'm never going back to an apartment again. I've had my own share of annoying neighbors. One of my favorites was an old lady who would come outside to call for her cat every night for about 30 minutes at around 9 pm. It was incredibly annoying. We lived in an apartment complex where I was the apartment nearest the stairs, and the walls were paper thin. The cat was gone for months, and evidently, it didn't want to come back. I eventually convinced her to give it up, mostly because I told her that the cat would find another home.
