Not so much in my part of the world, maybe its worse in the US. There's probably more of them in large corporate orgs where HR people are involved with the hiring process.
What I'm noticing is that every single sizable employer are hiring women for bullshit virtue signalling climate roles, "chief sustainability officer". Obviously a ploy to boost gender ratio in upper management by making up roles with no function, and hiring people who will be ignored by their management colleagues.
