Just my thoughts.
Why work? - Ide hands are a man's worst enemy. What's work for? - Too broad of a question. One could "work" to provide for themselves on a homestead, or one could work to simply survive by purchasing clothes', food, and a roof over their head. What does work mean? - Again, this depends on context. To improve one's self, or put another way, to gain knowledge. While granted you could be benefiting another with your efforts, you do not have to work in one place, one field, to learn and grow yourself. How does it relate to the individual, others, society? - Depending on your line of work it may or may not relate to others in society. What defines good or worthwhile work? - In what context? There are many jobs which provide a plethora of services. Some to businesses, some to people. What does money have to do with it? - Money is only there to provide the tools, materials, and goods needed to be successful in your endeavors. What do experience, growth, and fulfillment have to do with it? - Every human alive wants to feel a sense of purpose. Accomplishment is a great feeling when one has begun a task and completes it. For example, when I plant seeds in the ground, care for them, and nurture them so they grow into food I and my family can eat, that my friend is a simple, yet fulfilling feeling.
