Exactly. That would be my preferred method of dealing with this scumbag. A jury trial. Unfortunately, execution is very rare in the USA. He deserves to be executed ... in my humble opinion. I'm sure the parents of the girl feel much the same way, if they were being honest about it.

HINT: It was. Leave the lawyering to lawyers. Speech that advocates violence is not automatically illegal.

Fortunately you don't have any power anywhere that matters. Whatever arbitrary rules you make on poal aren't laws, just arbitrary rules.
I'm not calling for violence, AOU, I just want the bastard dead. I'd love to see him executed after receiving a fair trial in a court of law. It's called justice. I'd like to see justice now and then in the world. It would cheer me up.
