I've been thinking about it, and I suspect it was one of two possibilities: Either it was a security man who had been given specific orders from "someone" (and we need to find out who this "someone" was who gave the order) to shoot if anyone breached the barricade the idiots piled in front of the doors. If so, he was pre-programmed. Maybe he was explicitly told to shoot to kill to kill. That is what all police forces are trained to do in any case. But they are trained to make a center of mass shot -- a torso shot -- not a shot to the neck. He was probably aiming at the woman's head. A very poorly aimed shot in any case, and this is significant. Because ... Or, it was a congressman. A Democrat congressman would not have had to receive explicit orders to shoot to kill. He would have been able to do that on his own authority -- in his own mind, I mean. He would have felt justified in his own mind taking that task upon himself. He would have seen himself as the last defense, and so on. In other words, terrified and delusional. And a shitty marksman. But if it was a lowly security man, there is no way he would have shot to kill just because a young woman stood in the frame of a window, *unless he had been given explicit, direct orders beforehand to do so.* We need to know his identity, so that we can know what happened, and why it happened.
