Come on man!

Come on man!

It is for me too, sort of. I remember when I was a little kid, my grandfather was into it, well he always was. And a bunch of other family, my mom's aunts and uncles, even my dad a little here and there... more than your usual city slicker maybe. But I thought it was lower-deck and just beneath my station... clearly mom's influence there. But since the late 90s I keep hearing country songs I loved until the past few years it's just the best stuff there is!

Hell, liking rap is an even newer disgusting and embarrassing proclivity of mine. I'm not embarrassed to like country music.

Ya my thoughts exactly, country just wasn’t my bag. I had an idea that it was just kind of boring and about shit I didn’t care about. Things change,. I Liked rap for a long time , I still kind of listen once in a while.see what’s going on a bit. I think there’s something to be said for a time and a place. Probably what rap suffers most from and what could be said of the music industry in general is the consolidation of the labels hence the consolidation of ideas and styles.
