Nope, even with AbS you should pump them on ice. I've tested this for years in different vehicles on all sorts of icey and snowey roads. Just a couple days ago sliding down a massive hill into a busy intersection even. You can stop pretty quick on ice by pumping the breaks if you are going about 30.

It should be noted the more weight for traction you add the longer it will take you to stop.
