I forgot to mention spite as the most powerful antidepressant of all. Any suicidal thought can be conquered by kindling a healthy dose of spite and knowledge that spitefully outlasting one’s enemies is the greatest gift the universe can give us.

So true. I refuse to give in to all the insanity. My anger runs pretty deep, but it's balanced with an awesome sense of humor...for me, it's a perfect remedy.
