Find someone you trust to talk to...and talk to them.

I have tons of people like that.

I'm so happy when I'm with them, when I'm talking with them.

And then, whenever I'm alone, it all comes back.

Feel free to message me whenever... I spend enough time responding to stupid shit on this site... might as well spend some time responding to someone that actually needs a response. Sometimes all you need is the briefest connection.

By remembering gratitude for an amazing universe full of such incredible things and people. By looking out at the world, then seeing how lucky I am to live with such bounty and opportunities.

And if that all fails, then I remember to hate my enemies like the fire of a thousand suns that will consume their hopes, dreams, and aspirations in a never ending sewage fire sprinkled with radioactive filth and pain.

One of my favorite comments of all time. Thanks!

I forgot to mention spite as the most powerful antidepressant of all. Any suicidal thought can be conquered by kindling a healthy dose of spite and knowledge that spitefully outlasting one’s enemies is the greatest gift the universe can give us.

So true. I refuse to give in to all the insanity. My anger runs pretty deep, but it's balanced with an awesome sense of humor...for me, it's a perfect remedy.

First, make sure you are connecting with your people, whom ever that may be. Ask for help.

The most drastic thing you can do is to change your environment. At a particularly low point, after a group of my friends perished in a helicopter crash, I shed most of my possessions and left for New Zealand, where I found work on a property that was developing an "edible forest" with livestock. I rebuilt myself on the inside, from there.

If you really need a drastic change, picking yourself up and leaving allows you the abandon all of the factors that were contributing, in the first place, to keeping you stuck in a negative feedback loop.

Shuffling your environment isn't without challenges of it's own. Portable hobbies are necessary. Reaching out and meeting new people is necessary. People of value. Like a church, or something. Otherwise, isolation sets in and "culture shock" takes a while to wear off. Music is the easiest portable hobby.

Depending on how much you have saved up, Tonga is pretty cheap and relatively safe. It's Wesleyan and Mormon, almost entirely. There is no work, but you can feed yourself from the ocean. I did that for a while. I don't know if the ARK is still there (https://thekingdomoftonga.com/the-ark-gallery/) but the couple that lives there has great advice on how to get by.

I know this bullshit system is collapsing and I personally believe I deserve to see it die!

I have hope for the future that I will have a great life once the rule of law is restored and the cabal masons are all executed!

I also dream of being the executioner lol.

I always felt like I was fighting an external thing entity whatever.

I finally realized that what ever it was would never let me kill myself. It would beat me down and then leave me alone until I felt better and start beating me down again.

Almost like it fed off my misery. It was never going to let me go.

That broke the spell. I had to do a few more things but I have been free of suicidal ideation for 6 or so years now.

If you want more details, you can PM me. I can only tell you how I broke free, but know this - it doesn't want you to die and will never let you die, it only wants you miserable.

Remember that you're white. You're a male. You're straight. You're everything our lessers want to destroy; don't do it for them
