I'm acutely aware that death is coming for me and that I have relatively little time left. Therefore my time has become very precious and my choices really matter. I think one must get to a certain age before the fact that death is coming for you becomes very real and not just a , oh yeah , some day I'm gunna die thought.

You gotta have hope man. Or what's the point? I've lived in Idaho my whole life. We're still pretty insulated from the rest of the world here. We're usually the last to adopt lib policies. Most of us are white (or mexicano). The Cali's are taking over though. I plan to move to the desert eventually. The Idaho desert's a beautiful thing. Rolling hills and sage brush as far as the eye can see.

EDIT: My point is, there's still places to escape to. Stay out of the cities.

It's not running and hiding. The cities have always been shit. As a man, if you're trying to raise your family in the city, you've got your priorities backwards.
