A few reasons: 1.) Rome exiled the jews from Jerusalem. According to judaism, Rome is Edom. This extends to all of Western Civilization, which is built on the foundation of Greco-Roman civilization. They are holding a grudge against Europeans because of their exile after getting their asses handed to them by Rome. 2.) Judaism states their messiah will be born into a multicultural Edom. As stated above, the West is Edom due to its foundations in Rome. They are forcing multiculturalism on white nations in an attempt to bring about their messiah so they can rule over the goyim in a master/slave relationship. A relationship they've already largely put into place. 3.) Tikkun olam, aka "world repair." Judaism says jews are god's chosen people, and as god's chosen people it is their responsibility to repair what is wrong in the world. Due to the above two points, jews have decided that ridding the world of Europeans and all the troubles they feel we've caused is repairing the world. They will not stop until Europeans are completely destroyed. Then, and only then, will the world "be repaired." TL;DR: Their bogus religion and a 2000 year old grudge.
