I was bringing up an example to a friend about a kid who was falsely accused of wrong think and his father lost his job over it. I can't google the story since search engines give me "It's not cancel culture, it's consequences | Cult MTL" links. Anyone got any good examples?

My wife has a friend who was fired by a hospital months after making an innocent comment about a black coworker wearing a headdress, and she said she looked like Aunt Jemima. She felt bad about it immediately but the coworker laughed it off. Well then later on another black female coworker found out and went to HR, which eventually led to her firing months after the comment.
