If Trump was just impeached, does that mean he's still President?

As far as I understand it, impeachment is a process to remove an official from office. If Biden is president, wouldn't that mean Trump couldn't be impeached, as he's already out of office? Can anyone clear this up for me? If it wasn't an impeachment, what just happened? A double-reverse opposite-day impeachment? A temper tantrum?

If trump is president, why is biden being shown doing things as president, signing eo's moving in the white house...?

Why the show? This has never happened before in American history as far as i know.
