It's like I'm always content and happy. I spend a lot of time thinking about the things in life I am grateful for. I often think how lucky I am to simply have a roof over my head and food in my belly. I try to make sure I never take things for granted, it's humbling and makes me feel happy. Life is awesome!

....... I don't know what kind of happiness you are talking about, but it's clear that there is an attitude, a spirit, a mentality that transcends circumstances. We are to fix our minds on things above.
