It's like I'm always content and happy. I spend a lot of time thinking about the things in life I am grateful for. I often think how lucky I am to simply have a roof over my head and food in my belly. I try to make sure I never take things for granted, it's humbling and makes me feel happy. Life is awesome!

No, I'm too addicted to my rage posts.

You're angry because you are looking to be angry. A person usually find what they are looking for.

Actually, I disagree. There are many legit reasons to be angry. Rage on the other hand seems to be an addictive outlet.

Well you're destroying your health and mind with that rage.

I have a very happy/silly demeanor but I am ALWAYS pissed about what is genuinely things to be upset about (political state of america, underinformed/over socialized nature of my peers, the financial system, etc) and whenever I'm on one and people tell me to calm down, I always dispute that I should calm down for the sake of not being angry becuase you NEED anger to fuel change. So ya, I agree with you, anger can be quite healthy imo
