It's like I'm always content and happy. I spend a lot of time thinking about the things in life I am grateful for. I often think how lucky I am to simply have a roof over my head and food in my belly. I try to make sure I never take things for granted, it's humbling and makes me feel happy. Life is awesome!

Sure, if it get things done.

Emotion is a useful motivator.

What does it get done for you?

You can also motivate yourself in other ways, or even convert that anger to drive instead. Your anger is a choice.

Biting off the tops of beer bottles for one.

Have you ever tried that while calm?

Yeah, I thought as much.

Also, husking coconuts with one blood cudling yell. Like they do in Dune.

Pretty effective.

Anger can improve your life if it motivates you to create change. Unproductive festering anger will mess you up.
