It's your choice to be angry, and its your choice to do something about it instead.

I don't think it's bad or good: it's a base emotion. What I think is bad (unhealthy) is wallowing in it.
Acknowledge the anger, but don't allow it control. Use the fire of that anger to drive you to a goal.
