dos it block all shills? no. but their money/efforts spent dont effect me and wouldnt effect anyone who had a list of what accounts i block. or someone else; if you for example put together a good list of users and your content speaks good of you then i might copy paste your block list like email clients analogously do.
please dont debate it; the block feature is designed to block malcontent. its a very essential feature to any similar communication system to avoid attacks.
