What I did bring to his attention were shortfalls in his newly revised blocking feature which could be exploited to harass users with a screencap as proof and he did not give a shit. Instead he accused me of being part of some Voat club that harassed the user base over there.
As far as him wishing people acted like adults, that's a load of bullshit. He has to be one of the most immature & disrespectful site admin I've ever come across.

I saw that you were worried about blockers being able to comment on a user's post, but people cannot see the posts of people they block or comment on them, as AOU said.
Instead he accused me of being part of some Voat club that harassed the user base over there.
He was referring to the tendency of Voaters to downvote lower accounts as part of the "immune system." I think his point was that a lot of Voaters complain about silencing here, but probably wouldn't have risked speaking out against the immune system.
He has to be one of the most immature & disrespectful site admin I've ever come across.
He's a busy man that works hard to take care of the site, address tech problems, and deal with various trolls. As a result, he sometimes likes to vent with mockery.
You can dislike his personality, but his ability to maintain the site isn't dependent on his ability to be friendly.

How much OC have you seen on here? Personally, none. I also don't expect that to change solely based on his attitude, he doesn't entice people to contribute when he acts like that. I maintained /v/welding for more than 5 years, all my posts were OC and I'll never bother to share anything on here because I don't feel like he deserves quality OC on his site. I'm not the only one either.

Well, I can't say he's a peach, dear. What I can say is that his personality doesn't impact his technical skills or his desire to run this place smoothly.
