It's actually quite easy to eliminate the scourge that is AOU's comments.

Just go to your user settings, check the side bar for 'delete account' and then never visit Poal again. It's that easy.

People being catty isn't a technical issue like a glitch or bug so you haven't negated that at all.

As for what you have said, if people are being gossipy about you and spreading nonsense either ignore them or bring attention to how such users are childish and move on. Maybe even block them in turn. AOU, like most people, does wish grown adults wouldn't act like their high school kids, dear.

Well, first of all, you can shove your condescending attitude right up your ass, luv.

Personally I don't give a damn what people say about me.

What I did bring to his attention were shortfalls in his newly revised blocking feature which could be exploited to harass users with a screencap as proof and he did not give a shit. Instead he accused me of being part of some Voat club that harassed the user base over there.

As far as him wishing people acted like adults, that's a load of bullshit. He has to be one of the most immature & disrespectful site admin I've ever come across.
